If you need to reschedule a class, please contact our studio at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. You can reach us by email or phone. Rescheduling requests made within 6 hours of the class start time will not be accepted.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the class start time may be subject to a rescheduling fee. 20% of the class fee will be charged when attending the class.
Yes, you can cancel a class. To cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. You can contact us via email or phone. Your payment will be fully refunded.
If you cancel your class between 6-48 hours ahead of the class start time, your payment will be partially refunded (50%).
If you cancel your class within 6 hours of the class start time, your payment will not be refunded.
If you choose to keep your payment as credit in our studio, you can keep your full payment credit in our account for your next class. This will be accepted before 6 hours of our class start time.
Yes, class transfers are allowed. Please notify us in advance and provide the name and contact information of the person who will be attending the class in our studio.
If you miss a class without notifying us in advance, it may be treated as a no-show, and applicable fees may apply. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a scheduled class.

1. Availability
For now, we only provide firing service to our studio members.
2. What happens if my piece cracks or breaks in the kiln?
We are not responsible for a piece cracking, breaking, exploding or any other type of unsatisfactory result after firing.
One clay studio membership is for everyone—inquisitive beginners, off and on hobbyists, and experienced artists. We have technical support in the studio and you are welcome to communicate with us anytime.
A mentor will be around the studio all the time during opening hours.
Guidance of using equipment and tools will be provided.
No structured teaching, but we are willing to communicate techniques, skills and experience regarding pottery.
One clay studio is set for part-time use only. And this is how we can keep every pottery lover to experience the best service in our studio.
The maximum time for a member to book in a week is 20 hours.
