Terms and Conditions for Memberships

1. Members can request to freeze their membership at anytime for a minimum of 1 week and maximum of 12 weeks in any 12 month period.

2. If your membership isn’t renewed on time, any overdue days will be counted as part of your membership freeze period.

If a membership payment remains overdue for more than seven (7) days and we have not received any communication regarding the missed payment, membership will be automatically cancelled.

Once cancelled, studio access will be removed and any future access will require a new membership registration. Members are encouraged to contact the studio as soon as possible if they experience any payment issues or require a temporary membership freeze.

Any items remaining in the studio after this period may be removed and disposed of at the studio’s discretion. One Clay Studio cannot guarantee the storage or safekeeping of items belonging to former members after membership has ended.

If additional collection time is required, members must contact the studio before the seven-day period expires to make alternative arrangements.
